Breakfast sad. No madeleines for example despite cartons and cake molds saying it was the signature item. Kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee.

I liked the location as it was close to the town centre and it had free parking outside, so for people using it as a stop off it’s a great place to stay

Access to food and drink. Breakfast facilities were very good, much improved since my last stay in 2020

The staff were all exceptional, across shifts: genuinely helpful, and motivated. The company should give them all a big bonus, because they make up for the shortcomings of the building (which is a refurbished historic property next to the old foundry works). There's ample parking in front, which felt secure.

The sanitation of the hotel is good, the surrounding area is very quiet, the location is good, and the staff are very polite
