ibis Douai Centre

I liked the location as it was close to the town centre and it had free parking outside, so for people using it as a stop off it’s a great place to stay

Pleasant staff, convenient to have food available. However, I do think it is rather expensive

very quiet peaceful location clean and comfortable beds

The staff were all exceptional, across shifts: genuinely helpful, and motivated. The company should give them all a big bonus, because they make up for the shortcomings of the building (which is a refurbished historic property next to the old foundry works). There's ample parking in front, which felt secure.
